These moves are amazing to start out your booty workout or as a whole workout itself! 

Perform each exercise back-to-back with no rest period for maximum results! 
5x through

1. Deadbug 
2. Glute Bridge 
3. Negative Body Weight Squat 
4. Reverse Lunge

Perform this move for a total of 45 seconds

GLUTE BRIDGE 

Perform this move for a total of 45 seconds
​5 x through 

(for an extra challenge hold at the top for 10 seconds at the end!)

pro tip- you can use a couch and leave out the band if you don't have one! 


Negative BW Squats 


Perform this move for a total of 45 seconds
​5 x through 

(for an extra challenge hold at the bottom of the squat for 10 seconds at the end!)

REVERSE LUNGE 


Perform this 10 lunges each side
